The Tri-State Winemaker Club plans to hold its last meeting in 2021

STEUBENVILLE-The Tri-State Winemaker Club held a meeting on October 14 when it learned that two of its members, Jon and Carol Patton, had volunteered to help bring this year's grape harvest at Black Sheep Winery.
